The dispatch time frame is usually 1-3 weeks on all orders, but this may change during busy periods. Please pay attention to any relevant info pop-ups on the home, basket and check out pages.

Every product is handmade + packaged to order with great care by one person.

Please be aware of shipping time estimates before purchasing and note that these are from the date of dispatch, not placement of the order.

-All international orders are sent with the Royal Mail International Tracked service.

-All UK orders are sent with the trackable Royal Mail 24 service.

If you have a problem with the order you placed, please contact us within 24hr and we will do our best to make the modification to the order required, but please understand we may have already made your item(s) and this may not be possible. If in doubt, contact us BEFORE purchase.

-We do not accept responsibility for delayed shipping once dispatched, nor for orders lost in the post, but we can help you locate delayed/missing items by filing a 'missing item' case with our local postal service.

-We cannot make changes to orders or shipping information once they have been marked as dispatched as at that point they have left our hands.
